Hydrolake Forest Management
We have a staff of three trained foresters with over 45 years
of experience between them. They work throughout the state with the Michigan DNR, U.S.
Forest Service, and many private landowners in managing their red pine forests to grow
high value utility pole quality trees.
Our management philosophy of intensive red pine
management provides the best improvement to the quality and value of a red pine forest.We
are interested in working with any private landowner to help manage their red pine. Our
foresters can meet with you at any time to evaluate your property and help you develop a
management plan that meets your goals for the land, then work with you to accomplish these
goals. We provide these evaluations as a free service. If you are interested
